n a shared commitment to advancing public healthcare and municipal service delivery, the Local Government Unit of Quirino proudly welcomed a delegation from the Municipality of Lidlidda for a benchmarking activity at the Quirino Healthcare Facility.
The visit focused on observing and learning from the operational best practices, administrative management systems, and service delivery strategies of the municipally funded institution, which continues to provide quality and accessible medical care to Quirino residents and patients from neighboring towns.
The benchmarking initiative comes as LGU Lidlidda, under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Hon. Atty. Sherwin P. Tomas, actively prepares for the full operationalization of the Lidlidda Infirmary. By studying Quirino’s established healthcare infrastructure, the visiting delegation aims to gather key operational insights to further strengthen its own local health services.
The Local Government Unit of Quirino expressed its deep gratitude to Mayor Tomas and the Lidlidda delegation for selecting Quirino as their benchmark model, reaffirming that knowledge-sharing and inter-LGU collaboration remain vital in delivering excellence in public health across the province.
